Roles/Responsibilities
Analyse construction drawings to determine customer requirements for doors and related products
Prepare and submit timely and competitive quotations to customers
Develop a thorough understanding of the client’s full range of products and services to accurately recommend solutions
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure products meet relevant regulations, such as fire ratings
Maintain detailed records of estimates and proactively follow up with the sales team on submitted quotes
Qualifications
Proven experience in an Estimator role within the construction industry
Confident in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of doors, door sets, and relevant regulations is desirable
