Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ-5 years PQE) About the Role: Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor NQ-5 years PQE to join our award-winning Clinical Negligence team. This full-time role (35 hours per week) is based at either in Manchester or London office, with the flexibility to work remotely. Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with law society panel members. Handling a diverse caseload of multi-track cases, including those of maximum severity. Managing all client-related documents using our case management system. Recording all time spent on each file and documenting the work undertaken. Ensuring compliance with file management standards. Advising clients on legal matters, procedures, and issues related to their cases. Instructing Counsel and experts for client representation and advice. Meeting all Court and tribunal deadlines. Representing clients in tribunals and Courts as required. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases. Key Skills: NQ-5 years PQE with a proven track record in Clinical Negligence. Team player with self-motivation and professionalism. Understanding the need for confidentiality regarding client and business matters. Ability to work effectively in a paperless environment. Capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel. Attention to detail. Effective time management and task prioritization according to business needs.
