We’re hiring a ServiceNow Architect who aims to advance their career while delighting customers through a blend of project work and foundational tasks. Our collaborative approach, both internally and externally, ensures high satisfaction levels for clients and ourselves. The ideal candidate should have experience in solutioning, designing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences.
Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
Establish and enforce systems design and architectural standards, maintain best practices and drive the principles throughout the systems delivery lifecycle.
Provide input to the design of ServiceNow based solutions as a recognized Architect or Design Authority.
Provide input to bids and assist in presenting proposals to potential clients.
Bring thought leadership and innovative solution ideas to existing clients and bids alike

Your skills and experience
1. Experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
2. Wide-ranging experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions across various modules, including custom applications and integrations.
3. Responsibility for the development and maintenance of Low- and High-Level Design Documentation.
4. Broad experience across the Now Platform.
5. Experience in managing & administering ServiceNow in SaaS environments.
6. Good communication skills (written and speaking skills).
7. Good attention to detail.
8. Understanding of architectural structures within ServiceNow SaaS & On-premises environments.

10. Any ServiceNow Implementation Certifications
11. ITIL Foundation Certified
