As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge. This role will be responsible for preparing quotations, managing sales enquiries and supporting external / area sales roles.
Key Accountabilities
Provide first line of technical support for internal staff, and existing and new customers
Identify potential to up-sell our products and service offerings
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer purchase orders, sales orders and quotation onto ERP/MRP system
Proactive management of workload to ensure deadlines are met
Respond to progressing requests from customers and Area Sales Managers
Work with internal departments to arrange deliveries and deployments as required by customers
Work with suppliers/supply chain manager to ensure on time delivery in line with our requirements
Work to achieve set KPI’s
Act as final check point of works pack prior to release into the system

Experience in a similar role
