Overview
Assistant manager required for a bakery shop in Splott. 20.75 hours per week over 4 days (usually Mon to Fri, but some Saturdays required), hours between 8am - 3.15pm.
Responsibilities
* Role involves serving customers
* Making sandwiches
* Baking pasties
* Cleaning
* Managing the shop one day per week to cover the managers' day off
* Working up to 5 full days to cover the managers holidays (and sickness absence)
Qualifications
* Applicants ideally have retail experience, preferably with food handling knowledge/experience.
* Applicants do not require management experience however it is always beneficial.

This shop is a fast paced environment, where you will be on your feet all day. All training is provided, including food hygiene training if not already held. Uniform provided, staff meals provided free of charge, staff discount and pension contributions.
