Summary
Due to expansion and growth within our industry, we now have a great opportunity available for a Retail & Trade Sales Administrator to join our team, at our retail office in Cannock Office WS6 7ED.
This position is full time Monday to Friday 8.30am to 16:30pm.
This is a permanent role with an employer committed to investing in staff training and development and offers job security and excellent long-term career prospects.
We are looking for highly motivated, dedicated individual, who can work on their own initiative but also as part of a team.
Relevant experience is preferred, though full training will be provided, so candidates are welcome to apply that have any experience in Customer Service & Sales Administration and can demonstrate enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring data accuracy in all aspects of work;
* Responding to enquires quickly and effectively, whilst ensuring first class customer service;
* Dealing with incoming emails in a timely manner
* To always act professionally and ensure the ethics and ethos of the company are followed;
* Answering the telephone to a variety of people and either being able to deal with their enquiry or direct them to the relevant department;
* General Office administration
* Manages the Input, output and updating of projects in Project Management System;
* Create and build quotations for customers projects
* Complete follow up sales and customer experience calls
* Ad hoc work as and when required.
Requirements:
* Customer service experience;
* Good communication skills, both oral and written;
* Communicate daily with Managers on all general enquiries and provide updates;
* Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail;
* Resilient;
* Good communication and questioning skills;
* Be a fast learner, self-motivated and able to organise their own workload with strong time management skills;
* Oversee day to day administration and processes;
* The role will involve working with sensitive data daily, so honesty, integrity and discretion are an absolute must;
* A knowledge of Word and Excel will be an advantage.
* Knowledge of Windows Designer would be good but not essential as training will be provided
* Able to work on own initiative to generate trade business
