About the role: Start your career in HR with London South East Academies Trust Are you looking to start your career in Human Resources? We're offering an exciting opportunity to join our central People Team as a People Apprentice, where you'll gain hands-on experience across the Employee Relations and Talent teams while completing your Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship. You'll work alongside experienced HR professionals who will support and mentor you as you develop the skills, confidence and understanding needed to build a successful career in people management. What you'll be doing Supporting the Employee Relations team with meetings, correspondence and case management. Assisting the Talent team with recruitment campaigns, onboarding and induction. Maintaining HR systems and accurate employee records. Helping to coordinate meetings, events and learning activities. Providing a friendly first point of contact for staff queries. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll gain practical experience across a wide range of HR activities while learning how the People Team supports our colleagues across the Trust. What we're looking for We're looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic and motivated to learn about HR and people development. Organised, reliable and able to manage a busy workload. A good communicator who enjoys working with others. Confident using Microsoft Office and happy to learn new systems. Keen to gain a recognised qualification while developing real workplace skills.
