Job Summary:
The Data Solution Architect is a senior role responsible for designing SDT solutions that meet customer needs. You will work with practice management and SDT/Data teams from pre-sales to delivery and aftercare.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with Data Management teams, project teams, and third-party providers to design and implement Data Migration technology, including the Natuvion DCS tool.
* Support the growth of SDT teams by improving methodology, knowledge, and delivery speed.
* Oversee quality of SDT delivery with internal and external resources, ensuring scope and budget adherence.
* Assist Data Management leadership in pre-sales, project scoping, and defining future project roadmaps.
* Lead and coordinate workshops and deliver customer roadmap and scope sessions.
* Act as the data migration design authority and generate consulting revenue.
* Stay updated on SDT technologies and share knowledge to improve processes.
* Support Data Migration Consultants when needed.
* Lead data stream health check workshops and identify improvements.
* Identify opportunities for repeat business and support IP development.
Required Skills/Abilities:
* Strong background in Data Transformation and Migration, with technical expertise.
* Experience leading Data Migration teams through complex SAP projects.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills.
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects and resolving architecture challenges.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships globally.
* Integrity, results-driven, and inspiring personality.
* Experience across various SAP data projects, including S/4HANA conversions, Greenfield, and Mergers.
* Broad ABAP experience, deep SAP table structure knowledge.
Personal Profile/Experience:
* At least 10 years of consulting experience, with 5+ years in SDT roles.
* Continuous learner, sharing expertise effectively.
* Experience leading multi-disciplinary data teams through full project lifecycles.
* Proven success in delivering complex data projects and providing strategic solutions.
