Job Description We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic individual to provide administrative sales support across our business Although most of the tasks are administration based, as with any growing small business, we are all required to move with its ever-changing demands - no member of our team fits a predefined, neat job title. In most cases, the tasks and projects at hand will be underpinned by technology, so a genuine interest in cloud-based tech and the digitalisation of business processes and tasks is important for any successful applicant. For the right candidate who has sales experience there is a further opportunity to have a commission structure in place to further increase your earnings. Primary Responsibilities You would be the main point of contact on our inbound and outbound sales email address, resolving these customer questions/issues via phone, email, mail, or social media. Assisting our Sales Director/Manager Deal with inbound sales enquiries and manage new client sign-ups CRM Data input / Maintenance Data reporting Variety of administration and business support tasks Monthly Client feedback calls Host client meetings Creating Pitch Decks Creative thinking for potential revenue increase for the business Holiday cover for support/sales team when required Assisting with new CRM implementation (Mid 2024) Ideal Applicant Essential Must have prior office experience (3 years) Exceptional communicator both via email and phone Must be comfortable completing administration tasks with speed and accuracy Desirable Ability to manage your own workload and work independently Prior experience working with Gsuite (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs) & Microsoft (Outlook, Teams, Word & Excel) Interest in cloud-based technologies and using technology to achieve business efficiencies. This role is Part-time, we require a minimum of 20-25 hours per week across Mon-Fri (most likely 4 to 5 hours per day).
