Job Overview
Well established Construction and Manufacturing Company based in Cambuslang are looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant to work full time, Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 4.00pm, Friday 8.00am to 3.00pm, Part time, 20 hours or more – schedule can be flexible. (Core flexible hours available).
The successful candidate will be required to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies across multiple projects through the creation of high-quality content including:
* Websites
* Social media (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc)
* Email marketing campaigns.
* Press releases, case studies and award submissions.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Key Tasks
* Assist with the development of multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphic design.
* Manage and update website content, ensuring SEO best practices are applied.
* Support brand consistency across all communications.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytic tools.
* Assist with event planning and stakeholder engagement.
* Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends and recommend new
Employer Expectations Skills/Knowledge/Experience
* 2-3+ years’ experience in marketing or communications role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
* Experience creating content across multiple formats (written, visual, video)
* Working knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms.
* Understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g. analytics, email platforms, scheduling tools)
* Creative mindset with attention to detail.
