Key Responsibilities Marketing Support Keep the website updated with relevant and timely content Manage website news feeds and compile a monthly email newsletter Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns and public relations activities Create and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms Support the production of a bi-monthly magazine, including digital distribution Events Support Upload and manage event listings via Eventbrite and other platforms Provide administrative support for high-profile events and conferences Attend events as needed to engage with attendees and provide on-the-ground support Prepare materials such as delegate lists, name badges, and presentation slides Help ensure compliance with Health & Safety, insurance, and data protection requirements Assist with post-event feedback collection and reporting Offer general administrative support to the wider team as needed Skills and Experience Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident using Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools including social media tools A collaborative team player with a flexible, proactive attitude Experience with Canva or similar design software is desirable This is an exceptional and rare opportunity to join one of the biggest business networks in the region and help local business thrive.
