We are currently recruiting a Production / Machine Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Huddersfield.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
* Operating production and/or manufacturing machinery.
* Monitoring product quality to ensure high standards are maintained.
* Carrying out visual inspections with a strong eye for detail.
* Following strict food hygiene, health & safety, and quality procedures.
* Manual handling and some heavy lifting.
* Standing for the duration of the shift.
Job Requirements:
* A good eye for detail and ability to work accurately.
* Previous experience in food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or a similar regulated environment is highly desirable.
* Ability to work rotating shifts (6–2 / 2–10).
* Confident in a physical role as standing work and heavy lifting is required.
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
