Job responsibilities
Role: Care Assistant
Your focus is to deliver high standards of personal care, contribute fully to the care team, and ensure continuity of services to residents. Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene to promote independence, dignity and respect.
* Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas (e.g., weight loss, pressure sores, risk of falls, signs of infection) and escalating identified risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting each resident's dignity and individuality.
* Practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
Shift Details: 21:15 to 07:15 (night shift).
