Job Description
Our Regional Customer Relationship Manager is seeking a first‑class Account Manager to join a high‑performing team. In this role you will manage 75–100 designated portfolios of customers spending £1 k–£5 k per week with DPD, delivering high‑level sales and proactive account management.
* Develop account plans to support portfolio revenue and contribution targets.
* Build multi‑functional and multi‑level relationships with customer organisations.
* Identify and develop additional revenue opportunities; maintain an up‑to‑date revenue opportunity pipeline.
* Visit customers for exit surveys on lost accounts and maintain regular monthly contact.
* Coordinate with Regional Customer Relationship Managers on major new business opportunities.
* Resolve customer issues to underpin long‑term account retention.
* Conduct visits to maintain planned revenue/contribution improvement through timely rate renewals.
Qualifications
About You
Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience in account management and a passion for delivering outstanding service. They should be adept at engaging customers face‑to‑face and over the phone, and possess strong communication, influencing, and rapid adaptation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Suite is required; experience with SalesForce is an advantage.
