Hours: 4 nights one week, 3 nights the next (18:45 07:00). Option to consider 3: 3

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered General Nurse to join a warm, values-driven care service committed to delivering exceptional standards of person-centred care. Key Responsibilities
* Lead night shifts with confidence, positivity, and professionalism.
* Deliver high-quality person-centered care, ensuring residents' individual needs are fully supported.
* Develop, review, and follow personalized care plans that reflect holistic, outcome-focused support.
* Monitor residents health and wellbeing, administering medications safely and accurately.
* Maintain full compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards.
* Foster a respectful, warm, and supportive environment for residents and colleagues.
* Champion continuous learning and development to enhance care delivery.
About You
* Valid NMC Registration (Registered General Nurse)
* Strong understanding of person-centered care and dignity in care
* Confident shift leadership and excellent communication skills
* Computer literate and committed to ongoing professional development
* Experience with dementia and/or end-of-life care (desirable)
* Experience using electronic care planning systems, ideally PCS (desirable)
* Proven ability to develop and implement person-centered care plans (desirable)
* Warm, friendly, positive, and genuinely passionate about supporting older people
