Role Overview
The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a key role in developing and maintaining customer relationships, supporting sales growth, and assisting with day-to-day sales administration. The role will also involve coordinating marketing initiatives to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and building strong relationships.
* Proactively reach out to new and existing customers to develop business opportunities.
* Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
* Support the Managing Director with sales administration, including preparing quotes, managing order paperwork, and keeping the CRM system up to date.
* Assist in the planning and delivery of marketing activities, such as email campaigns, social media posts, trade show support, and promotional materials.
* Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and identify opportunities for growth.
* Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and operations) to ensure customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in sales, account management, or marketing (ideally in manufacturing, automotive, or related sectors, but not essential).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Organised, with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally some experience with CRM systems.
* A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
