Head of Talent Acquisition at ScottishPower. Location: Glasgow. Permanent, Hybrid. Salary: £61-77K (plus up to 20% bonus, car allowance and family healthcare).
Help us create a better future, quicker. We’re looking for a seasoned Programme Delivery Manager to take ownership of SPEN’s NIS programme, ensuring the successful execution of cyber security projects aligned with strategic goals and global initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving quality outcomes within defined time and budget constraints, while ensuring each project delivers tangible business benefits. You will initiate and manage complex cyber projects, oversee budgets up to £10M, and coordinate teams of up to 50 internal and external resources. This role requires strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with project boards, PMO teams, and third-party suppliers, ensuring seamless delivery and alignment across departments. Your ability to manage risk, motivate teams, and maintain project integrity will be key to success.
What You’ll Bring
Established programme/project management experience, ideally within IT/OT environments. Prince2 or equivalent qualifications are preferred, along with strong communication skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
