The Role
As a Nested Area Partner, you will manage your local strategy, marketing, and working hours, directly influencing your earnings. This role offers the autonomy to grow your own estate agency business in your familiar area—from prospecting and canvassing to valuing and negotiating.
You'll benefit from Nested’s marketing support, including doorknocking, direct mail, flyers, or local advertising. You will run your own local campaigns with support from our marketing team.
You will manage client relationships from start to finish, acting as their main contact throughout their Nested journey. You will have access to a smart selling app and in-house support.
The compensation structure is designed to reward your effort: starting at 75% of revenue, increasing up to 100%, providing an opportunity to maximize your earnings.
This role allows you to operate estate agency your way, supported by Nested’s brand, products, and services.
Requirements
* We seek Wilmslow's top estate agent with 5-10 years of experience in valuing residential property, winning business, selling stock, and delighting customers.
* Strong understanding of marketing budgets, lead generation, and building a local valuation pipeline.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and a robust work ethic. Self-employment requires proactive effort; your income depends on your success.
* Deep knowledge of your local area, including amenities, schools, and hotspots, gained through years of residence.
* Alignment with the Nested brand and a customer-centric approach, committed to delivering excellent outcomes and experiences.
* Social media skills are a plus; enthusiasm for building your personal brand and engaging with your community is expected.
