Overview
Reach Truck Driver – Sutton Coldfield. Contract Type: Temporary Ongoing (with potential permanent opportunities).
Pay Rates: Day shift £14.04 per hour; Night shift £15.87 per hour. 12-hour rotational shifts (5:50am - 6:00pm / 5:50pm - 6:00am). Week 1: Work Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday ? Off Thursday to Sunday. Week 2: Work Thursday, Friday, Saturday ? Off Sunday to Wednesday.
Job Overview
We are seeking experienced Mini Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy warehouse operation in Sutton Coldfield. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating a mini reach truck to move and store confectionary stock safely and efficiently, while supporting wider warehouse tasks as required.
Responsibilities
* Operate a mini reach truck to transport and store stock accurately and safely.
* Follow all site safety procedures and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
* Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock control.
* Work as part of a team to meet daily operational targets.
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines.
Requirements
* Valid Mini Reach FLT licence (RTITB or equivalent).
* Previous experience operating a reach truck in a warehouse environment.
* Strong teamwork skills with a positive work ethic
