Duties
* Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand market presence.
* Conduct cold calls via telephone and mail campaigns to create opportunities
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
* Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to effectively position our services.
* present and demonstrate to potential clients, and showcase the benefits of our energy solutions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales in the energy or solar industry.
* Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
* The ability to self motivate and guide other team members towards achieving sales goals.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering results.
