LTE Group have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing and External Relations Department as a Brand Transformation Lead on a fixed-term (12 months), full-time (37 hours per week) basis. This is a hybrid role, working from home and our Openshaw campus. Who are The LTE Group? What you'll do Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex corporate rebrand programme, ensuring strategic and operational alignment across the group. Partner with an appointed brand consultancy and with senior leaders to shape brand strategy, positioning, and brand architecture across the parent brand and five business units. Brief, manage and direct external agencies and internal resource to deliver a new brand identity system (visual identity, tone of voice, messaging hierarchy, and guidelines). Create and deliver a phased rollout plan across all brand touchpoints (digital, marketing collateral, signage, premises, uniforms, and templates). Oversee digital migration activity (websites, social channels, email templates) in partnership with digital and IT teams. Develop internal communications and engagement to build understanding, advocacy, and adoption across the organisation. Manage programme budget, suppliers, and reporting (milestones, spend, risks, KPIs and lessons learned). Who we're looking for Proven experience leading a corporate rebrand or brand refresh programme, ideally in a complex, multi-entity/group organisation. Strong knowledge of brand architecture and identity systems, with the ability to translate strategy into practical guidelines and assets across diverse touchpoints. Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills, with confidence influencing senior leaders and bringing others with you through change. Strong project/programme management capability (multiple workstreams, dependencies, budget management, risk, and issue management). Experience briefing and managing agencies and suppliers, with an excellent eye for creative quality and brand consistency. A collaborative, proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with high standards and attention to detail. You'll work closely with an immediate project team (Marketing Executive and Senior Designer), alongside wider marketing team support, and a range of stakeholders across the group.
