Legal Counsel - Cambridgeshire
Client
An international science and technologygroup
Role
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts/agreements
* Providing high quality and pragmatic legal guidance on a wide range of matters across areas such as IP, corporate, employment and real estate
* Wide commercial exposure across this growing business,working closely with an experienced legal team as day-to-day business partners across the group
* Ad hoc commercial and corporate projects across the group's UK businesses
You
* 2+ years PQE solicitor witha commercial background
* Experience of/an interest in working in the science/technology sector is an advantage, as is experience with service contracts
* Strong commercial acumen
* Proactive and adaptable torelevant legal developments and regulation changes across sectors and geographies
