Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimise marketplace accounts across multiple European regions, ensuring strong commercial performance and operational excellence.
* Plan and execute marketplace campaigns aligned with local market calendars and wider commercial strategies.
* Maintain platform compliance, monitor account health, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
* Create, optimise, and maintain product listings, ensuring high-quality content, strong discoverability, and a consistent brand experience.
* Continuously test and refine content, pricing, and user experience to improve traffic, conversion, and overall performance.
* Monitor customer feedback and engagement, responding where appropriate to maintain brand reputation.
* Ensure timely and accurate product launches aligned with broader business timelines.
* Lead paid media and promotional activity in collaboration with agency partners.
* Analyse sales, profitability, and operational performance to identify trends and opportunities.
* Use customer and behavioural data to improve the end-to-end purchase journey.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with regional teams to align activity across markets, including localisation, planning, and execution.
* Work closely with logistics, finance, marketing, and creative teams to ensure coordinated delivery of marketplace initiatives.
* Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement across digital channels.
* Support customer care and operational teams with product-related queries and knowledge sharing.
Required Experience and Skills
* 3+ years’ experience managing ecommerce marketplaces within a European context.
* Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, tools, and operational best practices.
* Experience owning or contributing to commercial performance, including revenue and profitability metrics.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.
* Experience planning and executing digital campaigns and promotional calendars.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and regions.
* Excellent organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business, or economics (or equivalent experience).
* Fluency in English required; additional European languages beneficial.
