The role of Compliance Caretaker will include:
1. Carry out risk assessments to identify and report any potential maintenance issues to ensure a safe environment is maintained and to support planned maintenance programmes
2. Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition and used in line with policies and procedures and relevant regulations, reporting faults, hazards and inappropriate practice promptly, to ensure a safe living and working environment
3. Provide accurate and timely information on progress and advice that is easily understood by the customer and ensure accurate daily work records are completed to meet organisational standards
4. Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a suitable condition
Skills and experiences:
5. Experience in a similar role or completing similar tasks
6. Practical experience in operating hand tools and light machinery
7. Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
8. Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
9. Good communication and customer care skills
10. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

21. £25,400 per annum (rising to £26,737 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
