The firm is instructed purely by local estate agents. They are a friendly team in a well organised firm. This role has come about due to expansion. You will be able to work in a hybrid capacity and have good work life balance. The firm have considerable legal support and modern case management systems to help you in your role. Requirements: Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity and leasehold matters from instruction to completion. Handling a full caseload of conveyancing matters efficiently and independently and taking all cases from instruction through to completion. You will be expected to maintain good relationships with firms long standing clients, To be considered for this role you must be an experienced conveyancer.
