Job Summary:
As Program Manager within the Professional Services division at CWAN, you will be responsible for the full project lifecycle from project scoping, developing implementation plans, managing resource, leading SteerCos and internal/external reporting to ensure a successful, on-time project delivery.
The Professional Services department in Clearwater specialises in providing expert consulting to clients across various industries. By collaborating closely with clients, the Professional Services team ensures that their unique needs are addressed, empowering them to achieve their objectives effectively and sustainably.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifies and finalizes project/implementation scope.
2. Develops detailed implementation plans including internal, client and third-party resourcing.
3. Manages and coordinates with internal, client and third-party resources to ensure a successful, on time and with quality implementation per plan.
4. Generates weekly status reports, holds weekly status meetings with client and project team.
5. Schedules and leads steering committee meetings with C-level client decision makers and Clearwater senior management.
6. Manage and report on budget for implementation.
7. Seek out, recommend, and implement continuous service improvements.
8. Serves as a trusted relationship manager responsible for ensuring timely, accurate, and thorough responses to all client inquiries and a successful transition to the steady-state servicing team.
9. Be the bridge between various business stakeholders including Client Servicing team, Sales team, and Development team.
10. Ability to run multiple simultaneous implementations with minimal oversight.
Required Skills:
11. Expert Technical skills in JIRA, Excel, Clarizen and Salesforce. Explores, trials, and provides trusted recommendations for the use of other tools and technologies as use cases arise.
12. Financial Services Experience (Investment, Banking, Insurance, FinTech, etc).
13. Working knowledge of market data systems or experience on data transformation projects in the asset management industry would be advantageous.
14. Project management in a matrix reporting environment.
15. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Education and Experience:
20. 7+ years of relevant project management and implementation experience working with external clients.
21. Proven experience implementing software solutions within Asset Management, Market Data and/or Insurance space.
22. Consulting experience.
23. Securities or financial markets experience.
