Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Crewe. Responsibilities

* Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
* Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.

* Answer and direct telephone calls, providing information and assistance as needed.
* Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and timely service.

Requirements
