HGV Class 1 Driver
Dunstable Driver Require are recruiting reliable and professional HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing full time work with one of our prestigious clients based in Dunstable. You will be working as part of a two person team and required to make deliveries from the DC to various store locations. HGV Class 1 Driver role details: Shift start times: 18:00 - 03:00
Working days:
7 day Operation
Rota - You'll be given the option of working a 6 week rolling rota guaranteeing you work all year round!
Average shift length: 10 -12 hours
PAID BREAKS
Overtime after 10 hours
Each shift you are assigned with a drivers mate,to deliver cages and totes into stores usually overnight and early mornings.
HGV Class 1 Driver pay rates Monday to Friday: Day shifts: £20.56 p/h PAYE Night shifts: £22.22 p/h PAYE
Overtime after 10 hours: £23.88 p/h PAYE Sundays / Bank Holidays: £25.00 p/h PAYE Candidate requirements: Valid HGV Class 1 Driving licence with no more than 6 points on license

Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV Class 1
Flexible availability to meet shift requirements
Good knowledge of Drivers Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
Must pass an assessment following with an induction (paid if you do pass)
