As the Registered Manager, you will: · Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality, child-centred care in line with Ofsted requirements. · Ensure the home meets and exceeds regulatory standards and safeguarding responsibilities. · Develop and implement policies, procedures, and care plans that put the needs of children first. · Work closely with local authorities, social workers, families, and other professionals. · Oversee the home’s financial, staffing, and operational performance. · Create a nurturing, supportive, and safe environment where children can thrive. About You: We are looking for someone who is: · Experienced in working within children’s residential care, with a proven track record in management. · Qualified to Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards). · Knowledgeable in Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and children’s legislation. · A leader with excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. · Passionate about making a lasting difference in children’s lives.
