Responsibilities
Essential:
1. Managing stock levels using IT database systems.
2. Negotiate with suppliers.
3. Meet established deadlines.
4. Facilitate communication amongst production, sales and shop floor.
5. Overseeing warehouse operations.
6. Supervise orders and arrange stock of raw materials and associated equipment to ensure they meet fluctuating demands.
7. Implement any HSE and QSE directives given by the management team.
8. Complete weekly/monthly stock take.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
To be considered for the role of Logistics Coordinator you will need:
9. Experience in planning, purchasing, delivering goods and services to customers
10. Advanced Excell data analysis and reporting experience
11. Ability to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods
12. Outstanding organisational and coordination abilities
13. Proficiency in purchasing systems, stock management software and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
