About this role
The UK Human Resource team is hiring an HR Partner - Talent and Performance to support the HR Business Partner Team. This associate plays a critical role in identifying and executing on process improvement areas across the broader UK and HR team along with planning, monitoring and coordinating logistics for a number of processes such as talent management and performance management activities.
What you’ll do
Partner with Talent and Performance Management Champions to execute the enterprise‑wide annual talent and performance calendar of activities.
Develop walk‑around decks, communications and training materials to be used in preparing managers and associates; may include facilitator or train‑the‑trainer sessions.
Be a part of our Talent Development Team; engaging in shared problem solving, connecting dots and contributing to the engagement of our broader HR team.
Collaborate with HR Partners to design and deliver on key strategic projects in support of the overall organisational goals (eg Compensation, Training and Communications).
Facilitate sessions and/or provide notes as needed.
Prepare consolidated summaries for business leaders to describe outcomes of talent conversations.
Complete promotion and compensation changes in Workday.
Provide reporting/analysis support to HRBPs for client groups.
Review All Associate Survey data and partner with HRBPs to develop insights and summaries.
Manage project workstreams and/or small‑scale projects in support of team goals or business needs.
Design and maintain HR calendar of activities and deliverables for clients and HRBPs.
Provide feedback to help drive continuous improvement of these programs.
Ensure alignment with other HRBP teams via connection to the Enterprise.
What we’re looking for
Exposure to coordinating Talent & Performance management processes or a similar experience in a different cyclical process for a line of business.
Ability to manipulate data, show insight and provide recommendations and progress change.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to enable you to lead complex change‑management projects.
An appreciation for user experience when creating content based on key personas.
Confidence navigating a complex matrix organisation and able to partner and consult with a diverse mix of clients across the enterprise.
You’ll need to find the right balance between advising and doing and you’ll need an element of resilience and robustness to thrive.
Some travel required (mostly to the alternative office when required).
