Job Role: Pega Business Analyst with KYC experience

Location: London, Northampton, Knutsford and Glasgow, UK

Hybrid: 2 days working from office


About the Job you are considering:

We are seeking experienced Pega Business Analyst with KYC with strong expertise in Banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.


Your Role:

We are looking for a Pega Business Analyst with strong KYC experience to work with business stakeholders and technical teams on a large Pega onboarding/KYC programme. The ideal BA understands both regulatory KYC processes and Pega implementation cycles.


Key Responsibilities

* Gather and document business requirements & process flows
* Conduct workshops with SMEs, compliance, and operations
* Translate requirements into Pega-ready functional specifications
* Validate Pega designs and align solution with KYC regulatory needs
* Support test case creation, UAT, and production readiness
* Ensure traceability across requirements, design, and delivery.


Your Skills:

* 5+ years as a Business Analyst
* Strong KYC domain knowledge
* Experience working on Pega-based programmes
* Ability to work with architects, developers & product owners
* Excellent communication and documentation skills


Nice to Have

* Pega BA certification (CPBA)
* Experience in UK banking environment.
