As a Supervisor you will provide direction and support to the restaurant team ensuring excellent customer service levels are maintained at all times. You will work with the General Manager, to maximise revenue, manage costs and maintain high levels of cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant during shift
* To greet and seat customers in a courteous and efficient manner
* To oversee the table service being received by customers and ensure their needs are being met at all times
* To liaise with the Pizzaiolo / Head Pizzaiolo to ensure food served is to the highest standard
* To ensure restaurant staff are aware of any special promotions and are partaking in upselling as required
* To ensure cash handling procedures are being adhered to by all staff during and after restaurant service
Skills and Qualifications
* 1 years supervisor experience in a customer facing role
* Proven track record of organisational skills
* Passionate about the industry and delivering the best pizza
* 1 years supervisor experience in a similar busy table service restaurant
* NVQ Level 3 in Hospitality Supervisor or Leadership (or similar)
