Job Description
As a Customer Service Specialist you will be working as part of an excellent team to provide support to their existing client base you will be handling and resolving queries providing an outstanding service and ensuring call targets are achieved.You will be corresponding with customers over the telephone, email and webchat whilst ensuring the database is up to date and performing any administrative duties along the way.The role will also be working closely with other members of the business and external organisations to provide a seamless customer journey.

Previous customer service experience this could be from a variety of sectorsExcellent communication and a confident telephone mannerAble to work towards targets and in a fast paced environmentKeen eye for detail and good organisation skillsAn excellent team player
