Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our RevOps team. The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction.
Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline status.
Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
~5+ years of experience in sales or account management.
~ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
~ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
~ Familiarity with ServiceNow, Oracle or SAP
Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL methodologies or stong DevOps, Automation experience
Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC.
