Overview
The Housekeeping Manager supervises and coordinates the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the facilities. The position provides leadership and direction to part-time staff regarding building policies and procedures.
This role offers an annual salary of $45,000-$55,000.

Responsibilities
* Oversee housekeeping services for the facilities
* Assign work activities, monitor workflow, and resolve operational issues
* Maintain accurate records for hazardous materials communication programs
* Interact with clients, address their needs within legal guidelines, and perform custodial duties
* Operate and troubleshoot cleaning equipment such as auto scrubbers, pressure washers, and utility vehicles
* Review, coordinate, and implement work plans, maintenance, and operations
* Select, train, motivate, and evaluate housekeeping staff; provide training; address deficiencies; enforce discipline and termination procedures
* Coordinate building housekeeping needs during event days
* Collaborate with facilities management, concessionaires, and vendors to ensure safety and cleanliness for patrons
* Understand and enforce all building and union policies
* Implement and coordinate venue greening initiatives
* Support operations with incident tracking during events
* Supervise work assignments and coordinate staff training provided by Facility Management
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience in a sports/entertainment facility preferred
* Bachelor's Degree required
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with automated payroll, scheduling, and inventory systems
* Ability to rotate shifts, work split shifts, weekends, and extended hours
* Valid Driver’s License required
* Strong communication and supervisory skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Must follow orders explicitly, work as part of a team, and work independently when required
* Willingness to work early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays, and extended workdays
