Job Description:
MCS Group is supporting a large public sector organization based in Belfast in recruiting a HR Business Coordinator. The role involves supporting the Human Resource Manager(s) in managing employee relations issues, ensuring legislative compliance, investigating grievances and disciplinary cases, managing HR records, and monitoring HR performance data such as attendance and overtime.
The ideal candidate will have a third-level qualification in Business Studies or Human Resource Management, experience in a unionized environment, and advice and guidance skills in HR subjects.
