As Application Lead, you will take ownership of the ServiceNow Order Management platform and play a central role in shaping its roadmap, design, and adoption. This position is key to streamlining business operations, enhancing customer experience, and driving innovation through automation and integration. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams, ensuring the platform meets evolving business needs. This is not just a technical role, but a strategic one where you will influence change and help future-proof a critical system in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.
Accountabilities:
* Lead and define the roadmap for ServiceNow Order Management, aligning platform development with strategic business goals.
* Design and implement optimised workflows to improve Order-to-Cash efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Champion adoption and engagement across teams, ensuring ServiceNow is fully embedded into operational excellence.
* Act as a key liaison between business, technology, and partners to translate needs into scalable, practical solutions.
* Identify opportunities for automation, AI integration, and future enhancements to maintain a competitive edge.
* Proven experience in ServiceNow Order Management, or comparable platforms such as Salesforce OMS or Microsoft Dynamics.
* Strong understanding of the full Order-to-Cash cycle, ideally in managed services or complex operations.
* Hands-on expertise in platform administration, configuration, and release management.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
* A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on automation, APIs, RPA, and emerging AI tools.
* Competitive salary of up to £42k.
