Job Description

Our Castle Donington-based client is looking for an Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Monday-Friday
Salary: circa £26,000

The Role:
1. Confirm new bookings and ensure accuracy
2. Liaise with customers via phone and email, providing timely updates
3. Maintain all documentation in line with industry standards
4. Gather all relevant information to handle bookings, pricing, and service inquiries
5. Anticipate operational issues and respond promptly to ensure smooth processes
6. General ad hoc admin
The Candidate:
7. Excellent administration skills
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
9. Confident with IT and able to manage multiple systems efficiently
