You’ll work across a broad, complex contentious property caseload, advising major investors, developers and corporate occupiers on high-profile matters.
Expect exposure to:
* High-value landlord & tenant disputes (incl. 1954 Act work)
* Development and construction-related disputes
* Dilapidations, possession and forfeiture claims
* Rights of light and party wall disputes
* Service charge and asset management litigation
* Telecoms Code matters
* Professional negligence and insolvency-linked disputes
* Regular involvement in court proceedings, mediations and arbitrations
