Alongside driving sales, you will build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Skills / Experience Required* Customer Service experience* Outbound telesales/ sales experience would be beneficial* Excellent communication skills and a polite and confident telephone manner* Experience with CRM system, Microsoft office, particularly Word and Excel.* Experience in the food industry is an advantage but full training will be given....... however a passion for food is essential!* Team playerResponsibilities will include:* Daily outbound sales calls to existing and prospect customers (chefs)* Working closely with a Business Development Manager providing support* Focused campaign calling* General administration tasks including updating of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database, Microsoft OfficeQualifications and Education Requirements* Maths and English GCSE grade C or aboveIf you are friendly, self-motivated and highly driven we would like to hear from you.
