Cover Supervisors Urgently Required in Surrey. Please apply now for more information.
Many of our schools in Surrey (and Sussex!) have asked us to support them in finding the best talent to support their teachers while they are out of the classroom. They have talked to us about their desire to have quality support staff facilitating pre-planned lessons, or supporting students whilst they are completing self directed learning tasks.
Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for working with young people?
Randstad Education is actively seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our partner schools on a day-to-day basis or for longer-term assignments. Whether you're interested in occasional supply work or seeking a full-time, permanent position, we have opportunities to suit your preferences.
We are specifically looking for individuals who have prior experience working with young people and are adept at managing classrooms and behaviour effectively. Successful candidates will be confident in delivering lessons across various key stages, whether in a specialised subject area or providing general cover.
Key Requirements:
1. Recent experience working with young people.
2. Availability for at least two days per week.
3. Residence in the West Sussex area, with flexibility to travel to Surrey schools.
4. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
5. Possession of a clear DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) or willingness to apply for one.
6. International teaching experience is welcomed, particularly for those seeking opportunities in Surrey.
At Randstad Education, the welfare of children is paramount. All personnel undergo safeguarding checks in accordance with the Department for Education's guidelines. We offer free child protection and prevent duty training to registered candidates and provide assistance with obtaining an enhanced DBS check.
If you're ready to take the next step in your education career, apply today and join our team of dedicated professionals committed to enhancing the quality of learning in local schools.
