We are currently seekingexperienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurses, ideally withexpertise in aged care, to join our team at our Wembley ResidentialAged Care Home.
This important role is central to delivering high-quality,person-centred care for our residents. Working as part of asupportive nursing team, you’ll help us provide the bestpossible care in a compassionate, safe, and respectfulenvironment.
We have one night shift roster available and multiple day shiftsavailable.
Night Roster:
Week 1: Mon, Tues, Wed 21:15pm – 07:15am
Week 2: Mon, Tues 21:15pm – 07:15am, Thurs, Fri 14:30pm– 21:30pm
Key Responsibilities
You’ll bring a person-first approach tocare—supporting the independence, dignity, and wellbeing ofresidents—while also maintaining professional clinicalstandards. Key duties include:
* Delivering personalised, high-quality care
* Supporting clinical staff with professionalism andteamwork
* Ensuring safe medication administration
* Maintaining accurate and compliant care documentation
About You
You’re a motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse whothrives in a collaborative, values-driven environment. You bring acommitment to quality care, excellent clinical skills, and agenuine desire to make a positive impact in aged care.
You will also bring:
* Current AHPRA registration as a RegisteredNurse (required)
* Experience in aged care and a strong understanding of theAged Care Quality Standards (preferred but notessential)
* A genuine commitment to person-centredpractice
* Strong time management anddocumentation skills
* A valid National Police Clearance (issuedwithin the last six months)
* A current Driver’s Licence
* Evidence of required vaccinations
