Job description: Clinical Lead (RGN) Sunbury on Thames, London £55,000 per annum + An excellent opportunity has arisen for a strong and hands-on Clinical Lead to join a well-established elderly care provider within a high-quality nursing home environment. This role would suit an experienced Senior Nurse, Unit Manager or existing Clinical Lead looking to take the next step within a supportive and progressive organisation. Working closely with the Home Manager, you will play a key role in leading the clinical team, maintaining high standards of care, supporting governance and compliance, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred and compassionate care at all times.
