Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Loughborough. As a Digital Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and driving sales growth. Your duties will involve building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will collaborate with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and meet sales targets while maintaining a proactive approach to business development.
Qualifications
* Proven skills in Account Management to drive sales and manage customer portfolios effectively.
* Strong Communication and Relationship Building capabilities to engage with diverse clients and stakeholders.
* Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Service and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
* Target-driven mindset with the ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools is a plus.
* Previous experience in managing complex sales cycles.
* Experience in B2B sales or software solutions is advantageous.
* Experience in the Construction industry is advantageous.
