Groundworks Gang - Deep Drainage (New Build Housing) Location: Cockermouth Job Type: Temporary - 20 weeks Job Overview We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Gang for ongoing works on a new build housing development. The gang must have strong experience in deep drainage and sewer installation, working to programme and maintaining high safety standards. This is long-term work for the right team. Scope of Works Deep drainage installation (2.5m - 5m depths) Road and plot drainage Installation of: 1200mm Concrete Pipe 155mm Clay Pipe 225mm Clay Pipe Working to drawings and levels Trench support and safe excavation practices Manhole covers Gang Requirements The gang must consist of: Ganger - SSSTS (essential) 360 Excavator Operator - CPCS or NPORS Groundworker - Medium Risk Confined Space (essential) Essential Requirements Proven experience in deep drainage (2.5m-5m) Valid CSCS / CPCS / NPORS cards Experience laying concrete and clay pipework Strong understanding of health & safety Own PPE Reliable and able to work to programme If interested, please apply with your CV or call Josh on 07594 519040
