As Sous Chef you'll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.
Key responsibilities
* Offer previous branded experience in a similar role or as an experienced Commis Chef.
* Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Be accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise and encourage the kitchen team, helping to develop their skills.
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
Job details
Up to £13 per hour, 30 hours per week on a reliable hours contract. Career progression to Head Chef via the Chef Development Programme and entitlement to a privilege card discount.
