Job description Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Engineering Administrator to join one of our clients based in Braintree. This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude. Duties Liaising with global teams on various technical admin tasks such as global trade compliance. Raise GTS tickets for harmonised tariff (HS) and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) classification. Assist with Emax system and production requirements to fulfil engineering function. Support updating of Emax ERP system. Raising of TE Connectivity Part Numbers (TCPN). Ensuring Central Part Registry (SAP CPR System) is kept up to date. Updating Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with necessary data. Skills Microsoft Office experience mainly Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint programs Previous experience of global trade compliance beneficial. ERP system experience (Emax experience beneficial) Attention to detail. Ability to work under time constraints. Demonstrate good punctuality. Keen to learn new skills.
