About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial part in the team within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. Our Delivery Drivers are vital for gaining customer feedback and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
As a Delivery Driver, you will contribute to the success of a high-performing organisation and promote the Company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties Include
1. Deliver products to customers within a 40-mile radius
2. Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
3. Provide feedback on customer and competitor activity to the branch
4. Load your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collect customer returns as required
6. Perform vehicle maintenance including daily checks
7. Assist in the warehouse when needed
8. Support inter-branch transfer deliveries as required
Working Hours
Average of 17 hours per week, Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays.
About You
What you'll need to succeed:
* Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
* Minimum of 3 years driving experience
* Good knowledge of a 40-mile radius of the branch
* Previous delivery driver experience
* Understanding of excellent customer service standards
* Ability to meet deadlines and good time management skills
* Customer-focused, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile
