Relevant IT certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNP, or equivalent experience are preferred. Responsibilities: As a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will provide high-level technical support for client issues escalated by the 1st and 2nd Line Service Desk Engineers. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IT infrastructure, cloud, hardware, software, and networking systems for clients. You will plan and manage your workflow daily to ensure the achievement of KPIs. It will be important to proactively stay updated with the technologies we support, including firewalls, network routing and switching, Office 365, Enterprise Mobility & Security (including Intune and Azure AD), wireless networking, server hardware, and virtualization technologies (VMware, vSphere, Zerto), among others.
